Booking Requirements and Lodging Information
Vaccination requirements for Dogs:
DHPP (or DA2PP) = Distemper, Adenovirus 1 (Hepatitis), Adenovirus 2 (Respiratory virus), Parainfluenza, Parvovirus
Canine Influenza (recommended)
Parasite Control for Dogs:
Flea & Tick Medication
A current titer test is acceptable for all vaccinations except for Rabies. Vaccinations can often last longer than the minimum amount of time recommended by your vet. The practice of obtaining an antibody titer is less costly and safer than administering vaccines on a regular schedule.
According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, a rabies virus antibody titer cannot be interpreted as an index of immunity in lieu of revaccination; therefore, a rabies titer cannot be accepted at this time.
Vaccination records can be uploaded on the reservation site.
Dogs who do not have the above vaccinations cannot be boarded at this facility. All vaccinations must be received 7 days prior to boarding.
-Bring your dog's food and any medications. All prescription medications MUST be kept in original container and include indication, dosage, vet name and contact information.
Unfortunately, I cannot take diabetic dogs. Please contact me at 952-820-5750 to discuss medications prior to boarding.
-I will supply all bowls unless your dog needs a certain type he/she is familiar with using. Feel free to bring it along.
-Bring any bedding, toys and chews your dog would like to make his/her stay more comfortable and familiar.
A Meet & Greet appointment may be required for dogs prior to boarding.
Our goal is to have a relatively quiet, peaceful and calm setting for your pet; therefore, dogs who exhibit excessive barking or scratching behaviors when in a closed room will not be allowed and an alternative boarding setting is recommended.
Dogs must be at least 4 months of age. If group play (versus private play) is chosen for your dog, an assessment will be made at time of boarding to determine if your pet is able remain in the group play setting.
